• The shell action's cgroup field now also accepts a table that sets resource limits on the step's cgroup (cpu_max, cpu_weight, memory_max, memory_high, cpuset_cpus, cpuset_mems, io_max, io_weight), using kernel syntax plus size suffixes like "16G" for memory. A limit that cannot be applied fails the step. cgroup = "name" is unchanged and applies no limits. See examples/shell-cgroup-limits.toml.

• Fixed every step failing with an unknown field `label` error (or id) when the action parsed its parameters, even for steps that set neither field.
