Added

• (new) The systemslab-common package contains some helper scripts for setting up the systemslab database and the various APT repos used by systemslab.
• (new) The systemslab-postgresql package bundles together postgres and the various postgres extensions that systemslab requires.
• The systemslab/upload-artifact action can now take tags as an array of tags.

Changed

• The --wait flag for the systemslab command has been renamed to --tail. --wait will continue to work as a flag for now but will eventually have its semantics changed to no longer print experiment log output.
• systemslab-server now requires postgresql-15 instead of just depending on the postgresql package of whatever distribution it is running on. This may necessitate setting up pgpg repositories if your distribution's version is different than PostgreSQL 15.

Fixed

• The systemslab-nss package now depends on systemslab-nss-db instead of depending on itself.
