Added

• SystemsLab now supports storing artifacts in GCS.
• The server and agent configs now contain a log.cluster_id key. This doesn't change the behaviour of the server but instead serves as an annotation for where errors are coming from in our error monitoring.

Changed

• The systemslab/barrier action will now retry if it gets disconnected from the server.
• Other actions will now automatically retry their API requests as well.
• Error events in sentry should now be scoped more easily.
