SystemsLab 125.0.0

This release accepts that we really just have one big version number instead of semantic versioning. As such, I have changed the version number to just be the major version.

Added

• Added an endpoint for listing durable task notifications.
• Added an endpoint for forcibly waking durable tasks.
• The server now tracks the compressed size of artifacts.

Removed

• Removed dependency on the timescaledb package for systemslab-server.
