Added

• systemslab-agent now has a /agent/debug endpoint which can provide a debug dump of the agent's state.

Fixed

• Fixed a race condition between the /api/v1/submit handler and the experiment task which resulted in the experiment task thinking it had 0 total tasks. This lead to a scheduler hang where the server thought all agents were busy but the agents were actually idle.
• If the experiment task exits with an error it will now properly mark hosts which hadn't yet had their jobs submitted as being idle.
