Added

• A wait_for_experiment MCP tool blocks until an experiment reaches a terminal state, so clients that can only make blocking tool calls no longer have to poll get_experiment in a loop. It takes experimentId and an optional timeoutSeconds (default 300, capped at 1800), and returns the same fields as get_experiment plus a timedOut flag. A timed-out call still reports the experiment's current state, and calling again keeps waiting.

Fixed

• Fixed --run panicking with "Mismatch between definition and access of run" on systemslab logs, systemslab artifact list, and systemslab artifact download-all.
• Release builds publish arm64 .deb packages again, for trixie, jammy, and noble. They had silently been amd64-only.
