Fixed

• Downgraded a WARN log message in the graphql resolver to a TRACE log message.
• Updated metriken so that the generated parquet files have semantically meaningful column names, derived from the metric name, cgroup name, and other metric metadata. This allows metrics from different instances to be stacked, since enumerated column names change across hosts and runs.

Added

• systemslab artifact upload can now upload an artifact from the job name and experiment ID.
• Allow job state to explicitly be set from the systemslab cli.
