Added

• Management of a systemslab cluster is now done through the systemslab-dbctl command.
• SystemsLab now exports an artifact containing some info about the system the experiment was running on.
• The systemslab agent now requires rezolus and will automatically gather metrics from the running rezolus agent on the local system.

Changed

• Database migrations are now performed automatically as part of the systemslab-postgresql package. As part of this, systemslab-server will no longer perform database migrations on startup and no longer needs a user with SUPERUSER permissions.
