• Fixed an error when resuming a task from the start. This should resolve the invalid type: map, expected u32 errors occasionally being emitted by SystemsLab.
• Fix a query bug when reloading the scheduler state after an error.
• Fix a scheduler bug that was causing many jobs to be scheduled to hosts which are already busy.
