Fixed

• The /api/v1/<job>/<run>/events now works properly when being proxied through nginx.
• If a step in an experiment job fails the job will now exit immediately and be marked as having failed instead of continuing to execute.
• 404 errors under /api/v1 will now return a proper systemslab json error.
• There is now a systemslab logs cli command to view the logs emitted by a job or experiment.
