Fixed

• All of the SystemsLab actions will now log their input arguments before they attempt to parse them and emit any errors from the input not being in the expected format.
• upgrade-clusters.sh and downgrade-clusters.sh should no longer mix up postgres clusters with the same name but different postgres versions.

Changed

• systemslab.libsonnet will now check that the arguments for its helper functions have the correct type instead of creating an invalid config.

Removed

• The /api/v1/graphql endpoint has been removed.
